From the beginning of 2018, entrepreneurs are required to send a uniform control file and submit a VAT-7 declaration.The data contained in these documents overlapped in a large part.Therefore, the Ministry of Finance decided to liquidate the VAT-7 declaration.The two documents will merge as a JPK_VDEK file.The obligation to submit JPK_VDEK is expected from July 2019

Rok 2019 wprowadza ważną zmianę dla firm rodzinnych. Zniesione zostają przepisy zakazujące zaliczenia do kosztów firmy wynagrodzenia dla członków rodziny. Tak więc w bieżącym roku w przypadku zatrudnienia członka rodziny (małżonka, dzieci) firma w całości będzie mogła rozliczyć koszty pracy.

Miniony rok 2018 był trudnym okresem dla inwestorów giełdowych. Wszystkie główne indeksy warszawskiego parkietu przez większość czasu zniżkowały, osiągając na koniec grudnia poziomy znacznie niższe niż przed rokiem. Liderem spadków wśród analizowanych przez nas głównych indeksów był reprezentujący spółki średniej wielkości mWIG40, który w skali 12 miesięcy obniżył swoje notowania o 19,3% do poziomu 3.909,37 pkt. Indeks szerokiego rynku WIG stracił w tym samym okresie 9,5% kończąc ostatnią sesję grudnia z wartością 57.690,50 pkt. Najmniej deprecjonował skupiający największe krajowe spółki WIG20, który z wynikiem 2.276,63 pkt zakończył rok ze stratą 7,5%.

The "noble pack" harassment campaign

Another year of operations of the Gumułka Group as a socially responsible company in business (CSR). As part of this year's "Szlachetna paczka" campaign, we were able to collect cash worth ca. PLN 3,500, which enabled us not only to realize the basic needs of "our family", i.e. purchase laptop, food and cleaning supplies, but also to donate a lot more.
The state of the economy

This consumption was strengthened by powerful social programs and an increase in wages as a consequence of the situation on the labor market. While appreciating the current state of the economy, analysts, however, pointed out that our weakness is low investment.
The unemployment rate according to BAEL

The Central Statistical Office published the latest data on unemployment in Poland. This report shows that the unemployment rate calculated according to the Labor Force Survey (BAEL) in Poland in the third quarter of 2018 amounted to 3.8 percent (while in the second quarter it was 3.6 percent). I would like to point out that this is the first increase in the unemployment rate according to BAEL (q/q) from the first quarter of 2015, ie for more than three years!
Expert of the Gumułka Group in the discussion on public transport

Partner of the Gumułka Group at the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce for Urban Communication, took the role of a speaker during a conference organized in Warsaw called "Strategic legal issues of the urban transport sector". Within the framework provided for in the lecture program, Marcin Roj will present key economic issues of entrustment agreements, and will take part in the discussion panel.
The conference will be held on November 20 from 10:00 to 15:30 in the conference room of the Polonia Palace hotel at Al. Jerozolimskie 45. The conference will discuss, among others, practical legal and economic aspects of entrustment agreements and changes to the Act on electromobility. Time is also foreseen for asking questions and for solving possible problems.
