Condition of the economy - September 2018
Analysts have recently focused mainly on the analysis of employment and wages. The conclusion is simple: in September they unexpectedly slowed. Soon there will be more data and according to forecasts, some of them will also worry. I mean even Polish industry, because according to the Central Statistical Office, in the production sector in September 2018, the increase was only 2.8 percent y/y, although the market expected an increase of 4.3 percent.
Sytuacja na polskim rynku pracy
Wg GUS na koniec września stopa bezrobocia utrzymała się na tym samym poziomie co w sierpniu, czyli 5,8 proc. (w lipcu wyniosła ona 5,9 proc.). wg danych z urzędów pracy liczba bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy wyniosła w sierpniu 958,6 tys. wobec 961,8 tys. osób w poprzedni miesiącu.
Interest rates
The Monetary Policy Council left the National Bank of Poland (NBP) interest rates on the current level on Wednesday. According to the President of the NBP interest rates may be at this level even by the end of 2019, and if nothing changes, they will also be maintained in the longer term. We would like to remind you that the MPC changed the level of interest rates for the last time in March 2015, decreasing it by 50 bp.
Budżet 2019 - projekt
Opublikowano projekt budżetu na 2019 rok. Przewidziano w nim:dochody na poziomie 387,6 miliarda złotych: wydatki na poziomie 416,1 miliarda złotych, wzrost na poziomie 3,8 proc. PKB, do końca 2019 roku rejestrowane bezrobocie powinno spaść do poziomu 5,6 proc. W opinii rządu prognozowany wzrost dochodów budżetu państwa będzie generowany przez dwa czynniki. - Pierwszy to wzrost gospodarczy, z drugiej strony wzrost będzie efektem już wdrożonych zmian systemowych.
