Analysts have recently focused mainly on the analysis of employment and wages. The conclusion is simple: in September they unexpectedly slowed. Soon there will be more data and according to forecasts, some of them will also worry. I mean even Polish industry, because according to the Central Statistical Office, in the production sector in September 2018, the increase was only 2.8 percent y/y, although the market expected an increase of 4.3 percent.

There are also many indications that the construction sector also slightly disappointed expectations. The economic performance and slowdown in the euro zone will surely have economic outcomes for the last months. German industrial production unexpectedly fell by 0.3 percent. The unrest in Europe arouses two great unknowns about the effects that brexit and the American-Chinese trade war can bring. There is no doubt that this will affect the Polish economy.
